Saturday I had the honour of being promoted to the rank of black belt by my longtime coach Henry and Fabio Gurgel.
I am very thankful for being able to share this moment with friends, training partners and many of my students.
Many thanks to everyone who sent me a message, video or voicemail. It is great to know that I am being supported by so many people in this life long journey.
